Qualification: Bachelor's degree

Experience: 1- 3 Years Past experience of working on the Agency channel/PoSP network is preferred. Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata

Domain: General Insurance We have an urgent requirement of a Relationship Manager, in our Retail Insurance department.

Responsibilities: − Relationship Management with channel partners.

− Manage, Recruit and develop the team of POSP and Channel Partner.

− Managing and delivering revenue targets set by the company on a monthly and quarterly basis.

− Coordinating with the corporate office, sales support and relevant teams for all intermediaries and client related issues.

− Doing joint calls with the partners and Advisors to generate and help them to achieve their monthly numbers.

− Business generation through POSP, Channel Partner and Direct Client.

− Developing and implementing strategies to grow the business and POSP network. − Creating agency distribution (POSP) for the company
