Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Relationship Manager – Business Banking to manage and grow a portfolio of business banking clients. The candidate should have strong expertise in Working Capital products and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire and manage Business Banking customers.

Drive revenue through Working Capital products (CC/OD, Term Loans, etc.).

Build and maintain strong relationships with SME/Corporate clients.

Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets.

Conduct financial analysis and assess creditworthiness of clients.

Cross-sell banking products and services.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Banking.

Strong experience in Working Capital products is mandatory.

Age up to 34 years.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Proven track record of achieving business targets.
