Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and processing affordable housing loan cases
- Handling end-to-end home loan documentation and login process
- Coordinating with credit, legal, and technical teams for case approval
- Managing channel partners, DSAs, and direct sourcing
- Ensuring monthly disbursement targets are achieved
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in Affordable Housing Loan products
- Good understanding of home loan policies, documents, and procedures
- Target-driven approach with strong follow-up skills
- Ability to work in field sales and customer-facing roles
