What You'll Do:

 Build strong partnerships with channel partners & customers

 Drive sales strategies to exceed monthly targets

 Collaborate with builders, banks, and internal teams to streamline loan processes

 Handle end-to-end home loan documentation and approvals

 Provide top-tier customer support throughout the loan journey

What We’re Looking For:

 2–5 years of experience in sales (Home Loan, LAP, BFSI preferred)

 A hustler mindset and target-oriented attitude

 Strong communication & negotiation skills

 Tech-savvy with experience in CRM & MS Office

 Deep understanding of the local Pune market is a big plus!
