### ✅ Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum Graduate

* 1–8 years of experience in Banking/NBFC/Field Sales

* Prior experience in Home Loan or LAP (Loan Against Property) preferred

* Good communication and convincing skills

* Local market knowledge is an advantage
