Key Responsibilities:

• Booking Management: Process, confirm, amend, and cancel room or travel reservations accurately.
• Customer Communication: Respond to inquiries promptly, providing detailed information on services, rates, and policies.
• System Maintenance: Update booking, inventory, and property management systems (e.g., Opera) to ensure data accuracy.
• Revenue Optimization: Use sales techniques to upsell services and maximize occupancy rates.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly occupancy and revenue reports.
