Position Type: Full-Time *USA Based Shift*, Night shift 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM | 9:30 PM to 7:30 AM

Fluent English Proficiency Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience Excellence: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and a personal touch.
• Customer Support: Quickly respond to guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide clear, accurate information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our rental staff to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
• Problem Solving: Maintain a calm, empathetic demeanor while addressing guests' needs and providing solutions.
