Job Description
The Restaurant Captain is responsible for supervising floor operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and assisting the Restaurant Manager in daily activities. The role includes handling guests, managing stewards, and maintaining service standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of stewards and service staff
- Ensure smooth restaurant floor operations
- Take guest orders and ensure timely service
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain hygiene and service standards as per company policy
- Assist in table setup and service preparation
- Check billing accuracy before presenting to guests
- Train new staff members
- Maintain attendance and duty roster

- Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Leadership and team handling ability
- Customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
- Ability to work in shifts
