Job Description
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused F&B Team Members to support daily food and beverage operations. The role involves guest service, order handling, cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient service
- Take food & beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages as per brand standards
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Assist in billing and POS operations
- Handle basic customer queries and resolve complaints politely
- Support opening and closing duties of the outlet
- Work as a team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 6 months – 2 years experience in F&B / QSR / Café / Restaurant
- Freshers with good attitude may also apply
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
- Fair communication skills (English / Hindi / Local language)
- Well-groomed, energetic, and customer-oriented
