Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Captain to lead our service team and deliver exceptional guest experiences at ARC, Powai. The ideal candidate should have strong floor management skills, excellent communication ability, and a passion for hospitality excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Lead and motivate stewards to maintain high service standards
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Drive upselling and improve average revenue per guest
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and maintain staff grooming standards
- Monitor billing accuracy and POS operations
- RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years’ experience in a reputed restaurant/hotel
- Prior experience as Captain or Senior Steward preferred
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards
- Presentable personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
