Restaurant Captain

We are hiring a Senior Team Member for our outlet at Inorbit Mall, Malad. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling responsibilities similar to a Restaurant Captain, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer service and handle guest queries.
• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained.
• Assist in upselling and achieving daily service targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality (restaurant/café background preferred).
• Good command of English.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
