1. Guest Service

• Greet guests warmly and present menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks as per service standards.
• Check on guests during the meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Clear tables and reset for the next service.

2. Order & Service Coordination

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely order delivery.
• Ensure correct dishes are served to the right table.
• Follow proper sequence of service.

3. Cleanliness & Setup

• Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas.
• Ensure proper mise en place before service.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards.

4. Billing & Payments

• Assist with bill presentation.
• Handle payments as per company policy (no third-party payments if applicable).
• Ensure billing accuracy.
