About Role:


We are launching a premium dine-in format and require a strong floor leader to ensure smooth guest experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise waiters & service staff
  • Manage table allocation & reservations
  • Handle guest complaints professionally
  • Coordinate between kitchen & service
  • Ensure premium hospitality standards


Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in restaurant service
  • Experience in premium / fine dining preferred
  • Good English & communication
