Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant's operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for driving profitability, maintaining exceptional service standards, and building a high-performing team. You will serve as the primary link between ownership and the daily operational team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Develop and manage annual budgets, analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and implement cost-control measures for labor and inventory.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Team Leadership: Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of all staff, including assistant managers and chefs.
• Guest Satisfaction: Act as the final point of escalation for guest concerns and proactively seek feedback to improve the overall dining experience.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure the facility meets all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, and stays current with liquor licensing and employment laws.
• Business Development: Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies and community events that drive traffic and revenue growth.
