We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Hostess to join our team at Cream Centre. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival

Manage table reservations and waitlists efficiently

Coordinate with service staff for smooth seating flow

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Handle guest queries and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Presentable personality with a positive attitude

Basic knowledge of restaurant operations preferred

Ability to handle rush hours and multitask.
