Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end restaurant operations

Supervise staff, duty rosters, and daily performance

Handle inventory, stock ordering, and vendor coordination

Manage cash, billing, and daily sales reports

Ensure hygiene, food quality, and customer satisfaction

Resolve customer complaints and improve service standards

Control costs and maintain profitability

Requirements:

Strong leadership and team management skills

Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
