Restaurant Manager

We’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and people-driven Café Manager / Operations Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of hospitality, a love for café culture, and the ability to balance creative energy with operational excellence.

Role includes :

- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain optimal stock levels.

- Recruit, train, and supervise café staff — from baristas to kitchen and service teams.

• Schedule shifts and manage staffing needs based on business flow.

Maintain high standards of service and ensure customer satisfaction, handle feedback with professionalism. 

• Track daily sales, expenses, and profitability.

Minimum 2 years of experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
