Job Description

  • Manage floor operations during service, including staff discipline, punctuality, grooming, and guest experience
  • Enforce all floor rules, SOPs, and service standards in real time
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures
  • Conduct daily inventory checks (bar, coffee and kitchen) and maintain control logs
  • Ensure zero misuse or mishandling of alcohol and inventory
  • Handle guest complaints and online/offline reviews professionally
  • Report daily operations and issues directly to the Founder
