Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operations, profitability, team management, customer experience, and compliance of the outlet. The role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning while driving sales, maintaining cost controls, and upholding brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete outlet operations (kitchen + service)
• Manage staff hiring, training & duty rosters
• Control food cost, wastage & inventory
• Ensure high customer ratings (Zomato/Swiggy)
• Daily sales reporting & cash reconciliation
• Maintain hygiene & SOP compliance

Requirements:

• Strong leadership & team management skills
• Knowledge of POS & online order platforms
• Basic understanding of P&L and cost control
• Problem-solving & ownership mindset
