Job Description
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operations, profitability, team management, customer experience, and compliance of the outlet. The role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning while driving sales, maintaining cost controls, and upholding brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete outlet operations (kitchen + service)
- Manage staff hiring, training & duty rosters
- Control food cost, wastage & inventory
- Ensure high customer ratings (Zomato/Swiggy)
- Daily sales reporting & cash reconciliation
- Maintain hygiene & SOP compliance
Requirements:
- Strong leadership & team management skills
- Knowledge of POS & online order platforms
- Basic understanding of P&L and cost control
- Problem-solving & ownership mindset
