Job Title: Cafe / Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

A Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. They ensure the store runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day store operations

2. Supervise, train, and motivate store staff

3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

4. Handle cash management, billing, and financial reports

5. Maintain inventory levels and stock control

6. Coordinate with suppliers and manage deliveries

7. Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation

8. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally

9. Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and security

Required Skills

- Leadership and team management skill

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Sales and customer service expertise

- Problem-solving and decision-making ability

- Basic knowledge of billing systems and inventory management

- Time management and organizational skills

Qualifications

- Minimum: Graduate (preferred)

- Experience: 2–5 years in retail/café environment

Salary (India – Approx.)

- ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & store type)
