Job Description
- Outlet Operations (Audit of Store, sales target achievement, feedback drilling, people growth and development etc.)
- Preparing monthly Reports, budget, forecast and any other report pertaining to the department.
- Conduct performance evaluations on a timely basis; recommend promotions or corrective actions when appropriate and ensure that restaurant managers are doing the same
- Monitor and control the maintenance and sanitation of the all areas of the restaurant and equipment to protect the assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service.
- Ensure that operational and training standards are consistently followed and executed.
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
