Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations at Chill Bistro by Zenia. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of restaurant management, a focus on customer satisfaction, and the ability to inspire and guide a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and safety.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff.

Motivate and lead the team to deliver exceptional service.

Conduct performance reviews and manage scheduling.

Guest Experience:

Ensure outstanding customer service and handle guest concerns promptly.

Build relationships with regular guests and community partners.

Financial Management:

Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.

Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and supplier relations.

Track revenue, sales targets, and key performance metrics.

Marketing & Promotions:

Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the bistro.

Assist in planning events and promotion
