Coffee Specialist / Café ManagerLocation: Lokhandwala & Khar

Working Hours: 10 hours per day (flexible)

We are seeking a well-educated and passionate Coffee Specialist / Manager for a renowned café. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in specialty coffee along with strong leadership and operational experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource, roast, and brew high-quality specialty coffee
• Possess in-depth knowledge of coffee varieties, origins, and processing methods
• Develop and execute roasting profiles; understand flavor characteristics including acidity, body, and aroma
• Ensure consistency and excellence in coffee quality and presentation
• Engage customers by explaining flavor notes and enhancing the overall café experience
• Manage and lead a team of up to 40 staff members, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Oversee daily café operations while maintaining high standards of service and hygiene
• RequirementsStrong educational background with professional experience in specialty coffee
• Proven experience managing large teams (up to 40 staff members)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Passion for coffee and hospitality
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts with flexible scheduling
• Prior experience in a specialty café or similar leadership role preferred
