- Job Responsibilities:Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Manage staff, shift scheduling & team handling
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Handle billing, cash management & daily sales reports
- Control food cost, wastage & inventory
- Maintain hygiene & quality standards
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
