Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional customer service, outstanding food quality, and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing shifts

- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management

- Ensure high-quality food and beverage service, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards

- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment

- Handle customer complaints and feedback

- Drive sales growth through promotions, upselling, and excellent customer service

- Maintain financial performance, including budgeting and cost control

- Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations

Requirements:

• - 4+ years of restaurant management experience
• Coffee Knowledge will be added Advantage
• - Food safety and handling certifications (FSSAI, Food Safety Certification)
• - Excellent communication and leadership skills
• - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• - Basic math skills and computer literacy
• - Passion for hospitality and customer service
