Retail Sales Associate

Fictionary is India's first fiction only bookstore cafe based in Bandra, Mumbai.

Retail Sales Associate :

1. Store Operations - Opening and closing the store, inventory inwarding and stacking on bookshelves, regular maintenance and upkeep of the store.

2. Billing and Sales - Managing retail Point of Sale, doing daily tally and accounting, inventory reporting and audit.

3. Customer interaction - Answering customer queries politely, making recommendations to increase sales. Basic English communication skills is required.

Skills Required:

1. Using any retail billing system

2. Good with excel. Basic data entry should be fluent. Knowledge of Vlookup is a plus.

3. Polite and basic english communication required.

Shift : 1 pm - 10 pm (closing begins at 10)

Tuesday - Sunday working. Monday is off.
