Job Overview We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to guide customers in selecting the right products for their interior projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products
• Explain product features, finishes, pricing, and applications clearly
• Maintain strong follow-ups with architects, designers, and contractors
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the backend team
• Maintain showroom presentation and product displays
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in retail sales (Interior, furniture, hardware, or building materials preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp Business
• Confident personality with professional appearance
• Ability to handle multiple customers efficiently
• Sales-driven mindset
