Retail Sales Executive

Welcome and assist customers, provide product information, address queries, and maintain a positive atmosphere in the shop��.

Display, arrange and restock all products (grocery, cakes, beverages, imported items) neatly on racks and shelves, ensuring cleanliness and accurate labeling��.

Take orders, process payments using point-of-sale (POS) systems, and offer support with ecommerce transactions and order fulfillment��.

Prepare and serve drinks, snacks or bakery items (as per café and cakes menu), maintain hygiene standards, and manage inventory for fresh ingredients

.Handle customer issues professionally, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent service both in shop and for online orders
