Retail Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities and achieve sales target and KPI set by the organisation.

• Setting and creating communication channels with customers for better insights and sales.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support.

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of jewelry products and industry trends.

• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and offerings.

• Negotiate customer contracts and close deals within timelines.

• Prepare and maintain sales reports and CRM data.

Qualifications:

• Under graduate / Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a customer service or CRM role, preferably in the jewelry industry.

• Strong understanding of CRM software and customer relationship management principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
