Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and responsible retail staff who can manage store operations smoothly while driving strong sales performance. This role is hands-on and customer-facing, so confidence and speed matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Restack goods and maintain proper shelf display
• Ensure store cleanliness and organized layout
• Manage daily stock checking and inventory updates
• Assist customers with product selection and queries
• Handle billing and cash counter (if required)
• Push for strong, target-driven sales
• Upsell and cross-sell products actively
• Support during peak hours and festival rush

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication skills (Hindi / English; Gujarati is a plus)
• Presentable and confident personality
• Ability to handle customers politely but firmly
• Basic understanding of inventory management
• Sales-driven mindset (aggressive sales approach required)
• Prior retail experience preferred
