Job Description
- Candidates should have a minimum of 4–5 years of experience as a Store Manager.
- The Store Manager will manage a 3000 sq. ft. store area.
- The Manager must have experience handling a team of 11 or more people.
- Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and store upkeep.
- Drive store sales and profitability through effective sales strategies.
- Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to train and motivate the store team.
- Should be target-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
- Educational qualification: Graduate or MBA preferred.
