Retail Store Manager

GIVA is seeking experienced Store Managers (5+ years in jewellery/premium retail) in cities like Pune, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad to drive sales, lead staff, and manage operations. Key duties include achieving revenue targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Drive store performance to meet monthly/annual revenue goals.
• Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and manage staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory control and stock audits.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain store appearance to meet brand guidelines.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. 

Requirements:

• Experience: 5-10 years as a Store Manager or Sales Manager, preferably in luxury/fashion retail.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and KPI management skills.
