Role Overview:

As a Retail Team Leader at Foodstories Bandra, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading daily store operations, delivering exceptional customer experience, and coaching a high-performing retail team. You’ll help ensure that the store runs smoothly while inspiring a culture of service excellence, efficiency, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily retail floor activities — customer service, merchandising, product displays, and café interface.
• Lead, motivate, and train frontline associates to deliver premium service with warmth, attention, and attention to Foodstories’ curated ethos.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (sales, customer satisfaction, team productivity).
• Support inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure high levels of store standards — hygiene, safety, presentation, and operational rhythms.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally to maintain brand reputation.
• Foster a positive team culture that reflects Foodstories’ values and commitment to culinary experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
