Designation – Support Executive

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Handle calling process with excellent communication skills.

2. Coordinate with different departments via calls to detect and manage fraud cases.

3. Monitor DLP alerts, analyze potential data leakage, and reach out to users for clarification.

4. Communicate cases of data leakage and work with relevant departments to resolve them.

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Salary - max 32k gross (Depends on interview)

Important Notes for the Candidates:

* Graduation Degree/ Certificate is Mandatory (Hard Copy)

* CIBIL Score must be 700 or above

* Age limit is upto 35 Years only

Skills and Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

2. Customer service experience: Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the financial industry.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Handle high-volume calls while maintaining quality and professionalism.

Note :- Candidates must have knowledge atleast related to any one field, Fraud control Unit, Monitor transaction, Cyber Security, Risk analysis etc..
