RMO Doctor

Job Summary:We are looking for a responsible and patient-focused RMO Doctor to manage clinical activities and assist in plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgery cases. The role involves patient evaluation, peri-operative care, and coordination with the surgical team to ensure smooth and safe patient management.

• Key Responsibilities:Conduct patient consultations, history taking, and preliminary assessments
• Assist senior surgeons in plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive procedures
• Manage pre-operative preparation and post-operative care of patients
• Monitor patient vitals during procedures and in recovery
• Handle dressings, suture removal, and follow-up evaluations
• Respond to patient queries and provide appropriate medical guidance
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Coordinate with OT staff and nursing team for case scheduling and execution
• Manage minor complications and escalate critical cases appropriately
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, hygiene, and safety standards
• Valid medical registration
• 0–3 years of experience (experience in surgical setup preferred)
• Basic understanding of surgical procedures and patient management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred Skills:Experience in plastic surgery / cosmetic surgery setup
• Knowledge of wound care, suturing, and post-op management
• Ability to handle patients empathetically and professionally
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field of aesthetic and reconstructive surgery
