RO Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation:
• Installing new RO,STP, WTP, ETP systems at customer locations, including connecting plumbing and electrical components. 
• Maintenance:
• Performing regular maintenance on RO,STP, WTP, ETP systems, such as cleaning filters, replacing membranes, and checking for leaks. 
• Troubleshooting:
• Diagnosing and repairing faults in RO,STP, WTP, ETP systems, identifying the root cause of issues and implementing solutions. 
• Water Quality Testing:
• Collecting and testing water samples to ensure they meet required standards and making adjustments to the system as needed. 
• Chemical Dosing:
• Monitoring and adjusting chemical treatment processes to maintain water quality and system efficiency. 
• Documentation:
• Keeping detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and water quality test results. 

Customer Interaction:

Explaining the operation and maintenance of RO,STP, WTP, ETP systems to customers, addressing their concerns, and providing excellent customer service

• Mechanical Skills:
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, plumbing, and electrical components. 
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
• Ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. 
• Attention to Detail:
• Ensuring accurate testing, documentation, and adherence to quality standards. 
• Communication Skills:
• Ability to explain technical information to customers and communicate effectively with colleagues. 
• Physical Stamina:
• Ability to work in various environments and perform physically demanding tasks. 
• Knowledge of RO,STP, WTP, ETP Technology:
• Understanding the principles of technologies and the operation of systems. 

Additional Responsibilities:

• Preventative Maintenance:
• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance schedules for RO,STP, WTP, ETP systems. 
• Safety Compliance:
• Following safety procedures and regulations when working with water treatment equipment.
