Job Description
- Order Management: Take guest orders over the phone, input them into the system, and relay special dietary requests to the kitchen.
- Delivery & Service: Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms, ensuring proper temperature, presentation, and accuracy.
- Setup & Cleanup: Prepare, transport, and set up trays; clear used trays and dishes from hallways and guest rooms in a timely manner.
- Menu Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, preparation methods, and beverage selections.
- Guest Interaction: Provide professional, polite, and prompt service to guests, handling inquiries and complaints positively.
- Safety & Sanitation: Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Communication: Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient service
