Safety Supervisor

The Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy working environment by developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with applicable laws and industry standards. The role focuses on risk prevention, employee awareness, and continuous improvement of workplace safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international health and safety regulations.
• Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Organize and deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills for employees and contractors.
• Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure availability of safety resources.
• Coordinate with management, supervisors, and external authorities on safety-related matters.
• Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation.
• Promote a strong safety culture and encourage proactive hazard reporting.
• Support emergency preparedness and response plans, including fire safety and first aid.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
