We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with solid experience in real estate. This freelance project-based role for 3–4 months involves handling client communication, CRM updates, site visits, and coordination with the managing team.

Key Responsibilities:- Speak with potential clients, understand requirements, and pitch suitable flats.

- Make outbound calls for lead generation, follow-ups, and scheduling site visits.

- Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and follow-up notes.

- Invite clients for project visits and ensure smooth coordination.

- Conduct property tours and showcase residential flats as per client needs.

- Share proposals, brochures, and all media related to the flats.

- Coordinate with the managing team and plan meetings for finalisation.
