Role Summary:

We’re looking for a dynamic, high-energy Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is ideal for someone young, confident, and driven—someone who can turn walk-ins into loyal customers and consistently smash sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage customers and deliver a bold, personalized shopping experience
• Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and styling recommendations
• Stay updated on latest fashion jewellery trends and confidently showcase collections
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and product displays
• Handle billing, inventory checks, and daily store operations efficiently

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Age: 18–28 years (preferred)

Highly energetic, confident, and target-driven personality

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Passion for fashion, styling, and jewellery trends

Aggressive sales mindset with a hunger to outperform goals

Comfortable approaching customers and initiating conversations

Retail or sales experience is a plus (not mandatory for the right attitude)
