Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy Retail Brand Executive to act as the face of our clients’ brands in-store. Unlike a traditional retail assistant tied to one shop, you will work across various campaigns, ensuring that products are perfectly merchandised, stock levels are optimized, and sales targets are met through proactive customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sector Flexibility: Represent different client brands across multiple sectors, adapting your sales approach and product knowledge to match specific brand identities.
  • Strategic Merchandising: Execute product displays and layouts according to "Source of Truth" brand guidelines to maximize visual impact and consumer footfall.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels on the shop floor, coordinate with store managers to ensure availability, and report any supply chain gaps.
  • Proactive Sales: Engage with customers directly to demonstrate product benefits, answer questions on pricing/features, and drive conversions.
  • Reporting: Use our digital reporting tools to provide daily feedback on sales performance, competitor activity, and customer feedback for our International Directors.
  • Compensation & GrowthGuaranteed Pay: ₹35,000 per month during the initial training phase.
  • Management Path: Successful performers are fast-tracked into our Business Management Programme, with guaranteed pay increasing to ₹50,000+ per month plus bonuses.

Requirements

  • Communication: Fluent in English and the local language
