Job Description
- Key Responsibilities - Handle walk-in customers at the dealership/showroom
- Generate sales through field visits, references, and local market activities
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers
- Close sales and ensure documentation completion
- Coordinate with stock, service, and accounts teams for smooth delivery
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and dealers
- Follow up on enquiries and ensure high conversion rates
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights
- Support promotional activities and dealership events
- Ensure timely payment collection and documentation
- Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
- Experience in dealership or channel sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Basic computer knowledge (billing, CRM, Excel)
- Preferred Skills Experience in automobile / HVAC / electrical / equipment dealership
- Local market knowledge
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license
