Sales and Marketing Associate

About the role:

We’re looking for an energetic Offline Activation Associate to own SlickFix pop‑ups, exhibitions, and in‑store activations across Mumbai. You’ll be the face of SlickFix at events, driving trial, engagement, and sales, while ensuring all activation logistics run smoothly and on‑brand.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and execute pop‑ups, exhibitions, and in‑store activations for SlickFix products in Mumbai and nearby areas.
• Manage end‑to‑end logistics: space, staffing, fixtures, inventory, gifting, and on‑ground branding.
• Drive walk‑in conversion via demos, sampling, and compelling storytelling around our “wardrobe‑rescue” products.
• Track and report daily footfall, sales, trial numbers, and attendee feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, ops) and external partners (wedding planners, venues, retail stores).
• Maintain clean, attractive, and Instagram‑worthy setups that reflect SlickFix’s brand identity.
• Handle basic transactions (cash/UPI) and short sales reports during events.

Who you are:

• 1–3 years of experience in event management, retail, promotions, or activations (strong fresh‑graduate event experience also considered).
• Extroverted, comfortable speaking to strangers, and confident in crowded, high‑footfall environments.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in fast‑moving setups.
• Flexible with working hours and weekends; willing to travel across Mumbai and nearby locations as needed.
