Sales and Marketing Executive

Ozark International is an international trading company based in UAE specializing in the global supply of ferrous and non-ferrous metal scrap. The company sources and supplies metal scrap to buyers across India, China, Japan and other international markets, focusing on long-term relationships, consistent quality and reliable execution.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Global Sales Manager – Non-Ferrous Scrap Trading. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing buyers worldwide, closing trading deals, negotiating commercial terms and coordinating with sourcing and operations teams for smooth execution of shipments.

This is a revenue-driven B2B commodity trading role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage ferrous and non-ferrous scrap buyers globally
• Generate and close trading orders consistently
• Negotiate pricing, specifications and payment terms
• Maintain long-term buyer relationships and follow up on payments
• Coordinate with operations for dispatch and shipment execution

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in ferrous / non-ferrous scrap trading
• Existing buyer network is mandatory
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
