Sales and Marketing Executive

Spacyes is a 10-year-old study & co-working brand with 3 locations across Mumbai’s western suburbs. We provide focused, distraction-free environments for students, freelancers, and working professionals.

We are not looking for someone to “post occasionally.”

We are looking for someone who can bring people in and convert them.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing (Execution-focused)

• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns for all 3 branches
• Handle Instagram & WhatsApp marketing (posts, reels, broadcasts)
• Coordinate posters, flyers, standees near colleges & coaching classes
• Tie-ups with colleges, coaching institutes, and local partners
• Promote events (study jams, trial days, offers)
• Collect photos, videos, and testimonials from members
• Track what works and what doesn’t (basic performance tracking)

Sales (Very Important)

• Handle walk-ins, enquiries, and WhatsApp leads
• Explain memberships clearly and close conversions
• Follow up with interested leads (daily)
• Upsell longer plans & multi-location passes
• Reactivate old members
• Maintain enquiry & conversion records

• You are street-smart, not textbook-smart
• Comfortable talking to students, parents, professionals
• Can handle rejection without excuses
• Can work independently without hand-holding
• Willing to go outside the centre for promotions
• Result-oriented (footfall & sales matter)

• People who think marketing = only social media
• People who need daily motivation to work

Skills Required

• Basic sales communication
• WhatsApp & Instagram usage
• Local area marketing understanding
• Event coordination
• Follow-up discipline
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets (preferred)

Experience

• 0–3 years (Freshers with hunger are welcome)
• Experience in education, library, gym, coaching, co-working is a plus

Working Hours

• 6 days a week
• Flexible timing (events & peak hours may require evenings)

Compensation

• Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
