Job Description (JD) – Sales Telecaller & Coordinator

Job Title: Sales Telecaller & Coordinator

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: [Mumbai  / Kandivali- West]

Reports To: Sales / Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Sales Telecaller & Coordinator is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote company products or services, generating leads, and supporting the sales team with coordination and administrative tasks. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and the capability to maintain sales records and follow-ups.


Key Responsibilities

Telecalling & Lead Generation

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company products/services.
  • Generate new sales leads and maintain a database of potential clients.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
  • Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and service updates.
  • Maintain records of calls, customer responses, and lead status.

Sales Coordination

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding order processing and delivery schedules.
  • Track sales inquiries, orders, and client communications.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain updated customer databases.

Marketing Support

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate digital marketing tasks such as email campaigns or promotional messages.
  • Help in preparing marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and product information.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Address customer queries and ensure timely responses.
  • Collect customer feedback and report to management.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales support, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to convince customers and handle objections professionally.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
