Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Handle online sales inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and marketplaces
Convert DMs, comments & chats into confirmed orders
Explain product details, sizes, fabric, pricing & offers to customers
Build trust and close sales through clear communication & follow-ups
Maintain customer relationship for repeat purchases
Coordinate with logistics team for order confirmation & delivery
Track daily sales performance and submit basic sales reports
Skills Required
Strong communication & convincing skills
Experience in online selling / Instagram / WhatsApp sales
Basic understanding of fashion & clothing trends
Customer-first attitude
Ability to work with targets & incentives
Digital & Marketing Support
Assist in promoting new collections, offers & launches
