Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai for a Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in FRD, Pre-Fab, or Portable Cabin sales. The role involves independently identifying opportunities, meeting clients, generating project leads, and closing orders. Candidates with strong industry relationships and hands-on project sales experience will thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities

Identify & acquire new clients for FRD, Portable Cabins, and Pre-Fab structures.

Meet builders, contractors, architects, EPC companies.

Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demos.

Prepare quotations, and technical submissions.

Drive negotiations and close deals.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.

Maintain pipeline, sales reports, and achieve monthly targets.

What We’re Looking For

0-5 years experience in (Fire Doors / Portable Cabins / Pre-Fab Buildings / Building Materials / Project Sales).

Strong market knowledge of Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane.

Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Ability to read drawings/BOQs (preferred).

Self-driven, target-oriented, and independent.

Valid driving license; willing to travel.
