• 📍 Position: Inside Sales Coordinator
• 🏢 Department: Sales
• 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time 10-6.30 ( Monday to Saturday )

• 🔎 Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the sales team to manage customer inquiries and follow-ups
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Support lead generation and customer retention initiatives
• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis

• ✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in BCOM, Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or sales coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
