Sales Co-ordinator

The Sales Coordinator assists the sales team by managing schedules, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and ensuring effective communication between clients and the sales department. The role helps improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with the sales team to manage orders and customer requests.
• Prepare and process sales quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Track sales targets and prepare sales reports and performance data.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product information.
• Support the sales team in organizing meetings, presentations, and client follow-ups.
• Coordinate with other departments such as logistics, finance, and production to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
• Handle customer complaints or queries and escalate issues when necessary.
• Dispatch planning and coordination with factory.
